Customers save a loyalty card to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet by scanning a QR code — no app downloads, no physical cards, no sign-up forms. Businesses scan passes from any web browser to stamp visits and unlock rewards, and reach customers directly via Push and SMS campaigns. ## Overview FanKit helps local businesses run loyalty programs that bring customers back. It works on both iPhone and Android through the wallet app already installed on the customer's phone. **How it works:** 1. **Design a card** — brand, colors, rewards, and visit threshold. 2. **Share a QR code** — on the counter, receipt, or table. A good rule of thumb is ~1.2× the typical monthly visit frequency of a regular: - Daily businesses (coffee, breakfast): 8–12 visits - Weekly businesses (restaurant, bar, car wash): 6–10 visits - Monthly businesses (barbershop, spa, vet, clinic): 3–6 visits Effective rewards have high perceived value to customers and low marginal cost to the business (e.g., a free specific item rather than a percentage discount on the whole bill). ## Billing and account FAQ **What happens after the 14-day trial?** The account automatically moves to the FanKit Free plan (single reward, 1 location, no campaigns, contact details hidden). No data is lost. **Will I be charged if I don't add a card during the trial?** No. Without a card on file, the account simply drops to the Free plan after 14 days. **Can I cancel anytime?** Yes, if a card has been added, cancellation is available at any time. **Are refunds available?** No — this is stated in the Terms of Service. Cancellation prevents future charges. **Invoices in Mexico (CFDI)** CFDI invoices are issued for Mexican customers. RFC and tax details can be provided after payment. ## Data and privacy **Customer data ownership** On FanKit Pro, customer data belongs to the business and can be exported at any time. Export is not available on the Free plan (and contact details are hidden on Free). **Opt-out** Customers can opt out at any time — standard unsubscribe for SMS, and deleting the wallet pass stops push notifications. **Customer list import** Importing existing customer phone numbers is not supported by design. Customers must sign up themselves by scanning the QR code so they pass through the consent flow, keeping the list clean and campaigns compliant. ## Technical FAQ **Internet requirement** The scanner runs in the browser and requires Wi-Fi or mobile internet to register a visit. **POS, Zapier, and API integrations** None today. FanKit is a standalone web app with no POS integrations, no Zapier, and no public API.
