Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy applies from the moment you create your FanKit account. FanKit is operated by TURBOSHIP SA DE CV.
FanKit does not sell your personal information to third parties. We collect and use information only as needed to provide, secure, maintain, support, and improve FanKit, to process payments, and to meet legal and compliance obligations.
1. Information We Collect
- Account and business information, such as your name, business name, email address, phone number, language, and team details.
- Customer program data, such as member records, visit history, rewards, redemptions, and related wallet pass information.
- Campaign data, such as message content, audience filters, recipient counts, destination records, and delivery status.
- Technical and security data, such as IP address, browser or device information, session activity, and logs used for security and abuse prevention.
- Wallet-related data, such as device registration identifiers, push tokens, and pass identifiers needed to issue and update wallet passes.
- Payment-related data. Full card details are stored and processed by Openpay. FanKit may store limited billing metadata such as card brand, last four digits, expiration date, customer identifiers, charge records, and payment status.
2. How We Use Information
- Create and manage accounts, teams, and customer programs.
- Issue, update, and manage Apple Wallet and Google Wallet passes.
- Send authentication messages, service messages, SMS campaigns, and push campaigns.
- Process subscriptions, recurring billing, SMS credit purchases, and payment records.
- Monitor platform performance, investigate abuse, enforce our Terms, and protect FanKit and our providers.
- Provide support, troubleshoot issues, and improve the service.
- Comply with legal obligations and respond to lawful requests.
3. Monitoring and Compliance Review
FanKit may review campaign content, delivery activity, account behavior, and related records when reasonably necessary for legal review, compliance, fraud prevention, abuse prevention, or platform safety.
4. How We Share Information
- Service providers that help us operate FanKit, such as infrastructure, messaging, wallet, email, hosting, and payment providers.
- Apple, Google, Openpay, carriers, and similar partners when needed to deliver the services you request.
- Legal authorities or advisors when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, or the integrity of the platform.
- A buyer, investor, or successor in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of all or part of the business, subject to appropriate confidentiality protections.
- We do not sell your personal information.
5. Data Retention
We keep information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain records, process payments, support customers, investigate misuse, enforce our agreements, and comply with legal obligations. We may retain limited information after account closure where needed for legitimate business or legal reasons.
6. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect information. No system can be guaranteed perfectly secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.
7. Your Choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information, subject to legal, operational, and security limitations. You may also cancel your subscription before the next billing date to avoid the next recurring charge.
8. Third-Party Policies
Openpay, Apple, Google, carriers, and other third-party providers have their own terms and privacy practices. Your use of features connected to those providers may also be subject to their policies.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of FanKit after an updated version takes effect means you accept the revised policy.
